Your new role 

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Credit Control team, driving workflow efficiency and debt reduction
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to meet credit control targets and performance goals
  • Develop, coach and support a team responsible for chasing, settling and allocating debtor transactions
  • Monitor aged debt, emerging risk, and cash collection trends to maximise recovery
  • Prepare and present insightful monthly reports highlighting performance, risks and opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders & external parties (Grappler)
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration

About you 

  • Proven experience in Credit Control
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or leading others
  • Confident managing and influencing internal stakeholders
  • Nice to have - insurance industry experience and exposure to Grappler
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and management teams
