Your new role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Credit Control team, driving workflow efficiency and debt reduction
- Provide clear leadership and direction to meet credit control targets and performance goals
- Develop, coach and support a team responsible for chasing, settling and allocating debtor transactions
- Monitor aged debt, emerging risk, and cash collection trends to maximise recovery
- Prepare and present insightful monthly reports highlighting performance, risks and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders & external parties (Grappler)
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration
About you
- Proven experience in Credit Control
- Experience mentoring, coaching or leading others
- Confident managing and influencing internal stakeholders
- Nice to have - insurance industry experience and exposure to Grappler
- Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and management teams
