Key Exciting Responsibilities
Drive active contact with global customers via email, tickets, and phone to resolve pending debts using a solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate seamlessly with Accounting, Customer Care, and Key Account Management to align on billing resolutions.
Manage the strategic handover of complex cases to external collection agencies, ensuring effective end-to-end cooperation.
Proactively transform the collections workflow to create faster, leaner, and more effective financial processes.
Maintain the integrity of customer profiles and financial data within internal systems to ensure high-quality reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience
Successfully completed apprenticeship in office management or an equivalent professional qualification.
Professional experience in financial accounting or collections environments.
Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on utilizing Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
Fluency in English.
Proven ability to work independently with a conscientious and structured approach.
Bonus Points For
Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Strong analytical thinking skills and a deep interest in complex business contexts.
