Hiring: Credit & Collections Intern
We’re looking for a Credit & Collections Intern to join us at Telia. Please note that this is an unpaid internship position.
I’m Jolanta Krikščiukienė, Debt management senior specialist, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on efficient credit management, payment collection and debt management processes and smart data-driven improvements across our operations.
What you’ll do
You will support our Credit & Collections team by handling operational tasks, working with documents, systems and debt collection partners.
• Provide customer contractual documents to external debt collection agencies • Prepare requests for the internal archive
• Communicate with debt collection agencies via email
• Collect debt-supporting documentation from internal systems and deliver it to partners
• Support ad-hoc analyses related to debt collection insights
What will help you thrive in this role
This role is suitable for a motivated student — experience is not required, only willingness to learn.
• Student or recent graduate in finance, economics, business management or similar field
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility for confidential information • Ability to communicate clearly in written Lithuanian
• Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn more
• Curiosity, initiative and readiness to support process improvements
