As a Credit Collection and Treasury Administrator, you will strengthen our credit, collections, and treasury operations so the business can invest boldly and move with confidence.

Accountabilities:
Legal Actions and Insolvency Management: Prepare and monitor private customer group (and small volume of public hospitals) legal actions and insolvency procedures, ensuring accurate issuance of debit notes for interests and legal expenses to recover value and reduce risk.
Write-offs Governance: Execute customer write-offs with rigorous documentation and alignment to policy, safeguarding the integrity of our financial statements.
VAT Recovery on Bankruptcies: Issue credit notes for VAT recovery tied to closed bankruptcy proceedings, converting complexity into compliant, timely cash benefits.
Bad Debt Provisioning: Calculate bad debt provisions with data-driven judgment, improving predictability and aligning exposure with business realities.
Payments Execution: Prepare local payments with zero-defect discipline, balancing speed and control to support operations and suppliers.
Bank Movements and Posting: Record local bank movements accurately and on time, ensuring cash is visible, reconciled, and actionable.
Guarantees Administration: Manage tender bank and insurance guarantees from issuance to release, minimizing collateral usage while supporting commercial agility.
FCF Controls: Operate and enhance Free Cash Flow controls to drive cash discipline, transparency, and decision-making quality.
Delegation of Authority in SAP: Maintain SAP Purchase Order Delegation of Authority, ensuring approvals reflect current policy and organizational design.
Audit Support: Provide timely, complete support to internal and external auditors, closing actions quickly and building trust through transparency.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Master’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, gained in multinational companies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented; Ability to build new and strengthen relationship with internal and external customers
Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and Italian
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams
Proficiency with SAP finance modules and bank connectivity platforms; strong Excel skills and comfort with dashboards or analytics tools
Knowledge of insolvency processes, VAT treatment, and credit risk assessment in a regulated industry
Hands-on experience with treasury operations, cash forecasting, and bank/insurance guarantee instruments
Proven track record strengthening controls, improving processes, and reducing aged receivables or write-offs
Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
Ability to prioritize under time pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and document to audit-ready standards
