Credit Analyst - Agent Finance

    What You’ll Do :

    • Support Monthly Annual Reviews/ACH Reviews – Loans >$1MM and all NM loans
    • Assist TM with setups and coordinate activities with RM
    • Monthly reconciliation of Balancing and TPP payments
    • Winclas/Windues monthly updates
    • New Money Reporting for Pipeline: Track and Gather data for each closing cycle.
    • Monitor and report LOC utilization with Autodraw
    • Report Monthly Agent Finance Trends
    • Agency mapping of portfolio with Customer Keys
    • Create Estimated TPP Report, freeze lines and follow up with agents
    • Complete Paid loan report monthly
    • Build CARs for risk rating upgrades, downgrades, charge offs
    • Memos/CAPs for PLMs, settlement, and restructure of Problem loans
    • Following up with past due payments
    • Send weekly collateral exception report
    • Assist in Audit/Legal gathering documents
    • Upload docs to ImageCentre
    • Special Projects

    Special Skills

    • Expert in Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, IF statements, conditional formatting, etc.)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree minimum
    • Finance, Accounting or Economics experience preferred

    Compensation:

    The estimated annual salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
