Senior Executive/Associate Manager, Creator Management will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and growing high-potential creators within AnyMind network, with a strong focus on e-commerce-driven monetization and scalable content strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Affiliate Revenue for brand clients on platforms such as TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping or Meta/Shopee. You will build and maintain a high-performing network of creators (KOLs/KOCs) who generate sales, not just content views.
What You Will Do
Creator Growth & Monetization
Drive GMV and Revenue targets through creator incubation and monetization with brands. You are responsible for the P&L of your affiliate campaigns.
Develop the strategy for identifying and recruiting high-converting creators (KOCs) at scale. You determine the right mix of creators for each client and each campaign.
Analyze campaign data daily (Orders, AOV, GMV, ROAS,etc..). Identify underperforming creators and replace them; identify high performers and double down on them.
Grow and manage micro and mid-tier affiliate creator communities at scale to match with brand client demand and platform strategy.
Creator Engagement & Operational Excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies and brand clients to increase creator commercial value mapping with brand campaigns for highest client satisfaction.
Ensure smooth internal coordination across regional teams and cross functions: D2C, BD, account, etc…
Contribute to strategic partnerships with platforms, including TikTok/ Meta/ Shopee, and incremental revenue initiatives such as branded creator IP.
Who You Are
3–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or E-commerce Enabler roles.
Experience working with KOLs, KOCs, artists, talent managers, agencies, or brands.
Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and/or Shopee affiliate ecosystems is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance targets.
Strong communication in English and Vietnamese, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue-driven KPIs.
Proficient in both verbal and written English.
Existing network macro & mega creators within entertainment, lifestyle, music, or commerce.
Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality.
Experience in affiliate marketing or the creator-to-commerce model is a plus.
