Job Description:

This role is responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-impact promotional content for the India channel portfolio. The Creative Producer will translate strategic and creative briefs into strong visual stories and oversee end-to-end promo production. The position ensures that all promotional communication reflects the channel’s brand voice and effectively connects with a diverse Indian audience across on-air, digital, and social platforms. The role requires a balanced mix of creativity, technical proficiency, and operational discipline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop original promo concepts that translate creative direction and strategic objectives into engaging visual communication.
  • Lead end-to-end promo production from brief to final delivery, including scripting, editing, audio design, and coordination of graphics.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, editors, designers, and sound teams to deliver cohesive and impactful creative outputs.
  • Create campaign and packaging assets that strengthen channel branding and drive viewer engagement.
  • Manage the full production workflow, including timelines, quality checks, versioning, and final approvals, ensuring on-time and error-free delivery.
  • Partner with programming, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure all promotional content is aligned with business priorities and campaign goals.
  • Present concepts, rough cuts, and final promos to internal stakeholders and refine work based on feedback.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with technical specifications, brand guidelines, legal/standards requirements, and are broadcast-ready.
  • Track and incorporate evolving industry trends, content formats, and platform behaviors relevant to Indian audiences into creative output.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of creativity and craft while operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Job Profile / Experience Required

  • 7–12 years of hands-on experience in promo production for a TV channel, media network, or creative agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to visualise, conceptualise, and execute compelling promos that cut through clutter.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of sound design, VO direction, and finishing workflows (including mix/master, QC, and final output).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work to tight deadlines, and maintain creative consistency.
  • A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing promo work across on-air and digital platforms.

Shift Timings:- 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM IST
