Information about the position 

We’re looking for a full-time Creative Producer focusing primarily on 360 campaigns and brand content to join our Brand Marketing team in Vilnius for a 12-month maternity cover (extendable up to 24 months). In this role, your main responsibility will be the production of multimedia and cross-channel content for Vinted. Additionally, you'll support our Digital Production sub-team for ad-hoc online content.

You’ll have the chance to work in collaboration with many internal and external collaborators, shaping what Vinted’s multimedia content looks like in multiple European markets. 

For your application to be considered, it is essential that you already have at least 3-4 years of experience in producing multimedia content either within an agency or in-house.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Be responsible for the execution of multimedia projects of any scale (eg. OOH shoots, 360 campaigns etc)., with formats including but not limited to stills, film, audio, illustration, motion graphics, 3D, stop motion. 
  • Work collaboratively with our Brand Strategy team and rest of the Creative Unit, ensuring a set level of creative ambition for each production, whilst respecting pre-agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Be responsible for structuring your own projects, including production planning and management of shoot schedules, shot lists, call sheets and asset trackers. 
  • Be the owner of your projects’ budget, from initial estimate to final reconciliation and reporting. 
  • Manage art buying and commissioning of film directors, photographers and any other kinds of creators - focusing on contract signing, fees negotiation, usage rights and logistic requirements. 
  • Research, recommend and book all external partners, crew and suppliers.
  • Manage the production process from start to finish, aligning all internal and external stakeholders on casting, set, props, styling, locations, glam etc. 
  • Manage the post-production process, including retouching, editing, grading, sound, motion graphics and any necessary licensing and clearing requirements. 
  • Be the main point of contact and build long-term relationships with artist and creator agencies, production partners, location companies, studios, model agencies and any other relevant suppliers.

  • You have strong networking and negotiation skills 
  • You can take direction, shaping commissioning and production plans based on feedback
  • You are  a clear and concise communicator, always championing Vinted’s values when interacting with any external partners
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and are not afraid to juggle multiple things at once 
  • You keep up to date on commissioning best practices, visual and audio trends, status of the talent landscape at an EU and US level. 
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
