We are looking for a talented Creative Performance Lead to drive Merge Mansion's growth through strategic, data-driven delivery of high-performing creatives, while keeping the highest standards of quality and consistency. This is a unique opportunity to do outstanding marketing with a skilled and collaborative team, and help us achieve our ambition of becoming a famous entertainment brand with lifelong fans across the globe. 

You'll be joining Merge Mansion Marketing and lead a team responsible for the performance of our creatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the team and other stakeholders, such as Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and Story team, Project Managers, Data Analysts and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Merge Mansion’s creative performance by delivering and scaling high-performing creatives through continuous testing and learning
  • Lead and develop the creative team responsible for performance creatives, ensuring high visual quality and strong collaboration with the Central Animation Team.
  • Own and evolve our performance-driven creative strategy and supporting creative pillars.
  • Shape and own a rolling creative roadmap for performance marketing, keeping it flexible as new learnings and opportunities emerge.
  • Build a strong learning loop by analyzing results, turning insights into clear creative direction.
  • Lead the creative briefing process and steer concept development across key ad formats (animation, live-action, gameplay, playables).
  • Identify new opportunities by tracking trends, analyzing competitor creatives and using industry data tools.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to integrate UA needs and insights into planning.
  • Support Product Marketing with creative needs across the funnel, including ASO, CPP and marketability/theme testing.
  • Collaborate with Story, Project Managers and other marketing partners to ensure creative and narrative alignment.
  • Continuously refine workflows, share learnings and propose improvements that enhance creative output and impact.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in creative performance leadership, ideally in environments where performance marketing is a core growth driver.
  • Strong business-driven leader with the ability to inspire, guide, and support a creative team.
  • Excellent grasp of the data-driven approach, confident in interpreting analytics, BI dashboards and performance marketing tools and channels.
  • Skilled in communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving setup, making decisions and prioritizing effectively.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering clarity, motivation and high-quality output.
  • Ability to refine processes, build systems and drive continuous improvement, not just maintain existing structures.
  • Understanding of mobile game marketing trends is seen as a plus
