Job Summary
The Creative Operations Project Manager will serve as primary liaison between the Creative Services department and a defined segment of customers (e.g., Commercial Marketing, Partner Programs, etc.). S/He will develop an in-depth knowledge of the relevant department and the products/programs they offer, as well as a basic understanding of competitive equivalents. S/He will work independently to guide the flow of projects from inception to completion to ensure that all Creative Projects are handled in a timely fashion.
S/He will advise Creative Services in prioritizing projects based on overall business needs and resource availability. As needed, the Creative Operations Project Manager will negotiate project acceptance / prioritization with VPs during monthly and quarterly planning processes. The Creative Operations Project Manager will lead integrated marketing projects/campaigns. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cross-functional strategy sessions, creative brief consulting, campaign planning, and internal creative development meetings. S/He will be the primary resource for colleagues and will be required to explain difficult concepts or sensitive information. When conflict arises during strategy or execution phases, s/he will exercise influencing skills and work to build consensus.
S/He will also facilitate intra-departmental communication / cooperation as needed and keep the Senior Account Manager apprised of the status of assigned projects.
Essential Duties
Monitor, oversee, and facilitate the flow of ongoing projects through the Creative Services department to ensure that they stay on schedule and are delivered on time.
Participate in the planning process, including (but not limited to): weekly standups, monthly prioritization, and quarterly planning meetings.
Work to build consensus. Facilitate intra-departmental activities to meet customer demands.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience Required
Three or more years of related work experience in Marketing. Required
Agency experience or experience working in a Creative Services capacity is highly Preferred
Advanced experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment Required
This position is based in our Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters which currently operates on a hybrid in-office schedule. Though employees are welcome to work in our office on Friday, this position must be performed in-office on Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely from the employee's home office on Friday.

Must be incredibly organized and able to manage many details
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Previous background in managing creative projects preferred
