Team mission
We are looking for a Creative Operations Lead who will empower the Global Creative Marketing team to scale world-class creative work, inspiring travelers to explore the globe through unforgettable experiences. In this role, you’ll be at the helm of marrying operational excellence with stellar creative output, collaborating closely with diverse teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and UX. You’ll implement processes and AI-powered systems to scale impact, elevate our brand, and ensure flawless execution across performance marketing, brand advertising, lifecycle marketing, and beyond.
The ideal candidate is a highly strategic thinker who leads with innovation, drives efficiency, and is able to inspire and push their team to drive impact and growth.
Your mission
- Creative Excellence: Own the entire creative process from request intake to prioritization and assignment, ensuring every project reaches its full potential.
- Global Scaling: Develop strategies to scale creative output and continuously refine workflows by automating tasks and uncovering solutions that enhance speed and elevate quality.
- Maximize Resources: Lead capacity planning and resource allocation, while collaborating with external vendors and freelancers to amplify creative output.
- Set Standards: Implement streamlined processes for onboarding freelancers and crafting impactful creative briefs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key teams across the organization to drive consistent creative work and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor an in-house team, freelancers, and creative partners to drive impact and scale.
Your toolkit
- 8+ years of creative operations experience in-house or at a creative agency.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and operational excellence, who is able to turn ideas into action.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high capacity to collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows, processes, and tools, with proven track record of delivering standout results.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions from data.
- Tech Enthusiast, who embraces the latest technology trends and tools, and is always looking for ways to innovate.
- Seasoned leader who can motivate and empower high-performing teams.
