What you will do:
As our Creative Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creative strategies and services to support the business objectives within the Peripheral Vascular Division. You will contribute to and manage one skilled graphic designer and eventually one videographer to ensure the cohesive execution of our creative vision across channels. Your goals will include building brand awareness and elevating the customer experience while also enhancing leader effectiveness and the employee experience. This role will require a dynamic leader with a keen eye for creativity, process orientation and a strategic mindset to support a growth organization.
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Develop and socialize a compelling creative strategy, maintaining a high level of creative excellence across all projects aligned with the business strategies and goals to drive impact.
Provide thought leadership and subject-matter expertise on creative services.
Collaborate to create visually compelling assets for internal and external use.
Develop effective mechanisms for reviewing measurements and assessing progress, implementing new processes to improve efficiency and agility to better serve business needs, globally.
Ensure a consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative assets.
Proactively seek, embrace and develop collaborative relationships, working alongside cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed and regulated global environment.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design deliverables
Identify and prioritize projects to ensure efficient use of resources.
Set clear goals, provide regular coaching and conduct performance evaluations in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
As needed, manage high-level relationships with agencies and vendors.
Maintain a high degree of self-motivation and generate fresh ideas. Keep current with trends, tactics and strategics to inform future recommendations.
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, communications or related field required
8+ years of experience in a professional communications or marketing role.
5+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
5+ years in Microsoft products such as Power Point
1+ year of experience UI/UX principles
1+ year of experience in project management software such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com
Preferred:
Experience with video editing and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express) strongly preferred
Experience using AI tools to create content is strongly preferred.
$118,000 - $255,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
