As our Creative Lead for Brand Campaigns, you’ll bring momentum, excitement and creative rigour to these high-pressure, high-volume moments.

You will lead creative across frequent product drops, brand energy moments, and key cultural touch points, delivering fast without sacrificing taste or craft. You’ll translate the brand world into bold, distinctive, channel-first creative, ensuring everything we make feels unmistakably Gymshark.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-tempo environment, sets the creative bar high, and knows how to deliver consistently exceptional work under pressure. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead creative direction for new product drops, launches and brand energy moments
  • Concept and deliver big ideas designed to cut through cultural noise
  • Build cohesive, channel-first campaign ecosystems across social, paid, owned and earned
  • Set and maintain creative standards, frameworks and rhythms
  • Mentor and grow creative talent across the team
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Social and Production to ensure clarity, momentum and timely delivery
  • Present and champion ideas with senior stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential: 

  • Extensive experience leading brand awareness and long-term storytelling at a senior creative level, with a proven ability to operate at scale and pace without diluting creative quality.
  • Proven ability to define, embed and protect a cohesive brand world across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring clarity and consistency as output volume increases.
  • Strong art direction and narrative judgement, with an outstanding portfolio that evidences brand-building work over time, demonstrating craft, taste and sustained creative standards rather than one-off moments.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, behaviours and formats, and how brand stories live, evolve and remain distinctive within fast-moving cultural environments.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to interpret nuance and translate insight into creative direction that feels authentic, relevant and aligned to the brand world.
  • Experience leading and developing senior creative talent, setting clear standards, providing confident direction and growing capability in high-volume delivery environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic brand thinking with hands-on creative leadership, ensuring ideas are both conceptually strong and executable at speed.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to set direction, challenge constructively and build trust with senior stakeholders across the business. 

You must be able to attend GSIQ (Solihull) offices a minimum of 3 days per week; London based professionals considered with regular travel to Birmingham, Solihull.
