The Creative Director, MarTech leads the creative vision and execution of marketing design and visual storytelling for the MarTech division at Inmar Intelligence. This role ensures that marketing creative clearly communicates the value of MarTech solutions while expressing the Inmar brand in ways that are consistent, compelling, and aligned with the division’s strategic goals and markets served.
Working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the Creative Director develops creative concepts and visual approaches that support marketing campaigns, thought leadership, events, sales enablement, and digital experiences across formats including web, video, email, social, presentations, digital advertising, and event assets. The role ensures that creative work reflects a clear understanding of customer needs, industry context, and the markets our clients serve.
The Creative Director leads a team of designers and content creators while overseeing creative production workflows that enable marketing teams to execute efficiently and at scale. This includes guiding the development of scalable creative systems such as templates, modular campaign asset frameworks, and reusable design components that support consistent marketing execution.
This role combines strong creative leadership with operational discipline and hands-on creative engagement, ensuring high-quality work while continuously improving how marketing creative is produced and delivered across the organization.
The Creative Director also helps evolve the team’s use of emerging technologies—including AI-enabled creative tools—to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining strong creative judgment and human-led storytelling.

Continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of marketing creative, challenging the team to refine ideas, strengthen storytelling, and raise the bar on how Inmar’s MarTech solutions are expressed and represented in the market.
Ensure marketing creative communicates the value of MarTech solutions in ways that resonate with the needs, priorities, and context of the retailers, brands, and industries we serve.
Ensure the MarTech division’s marketing consistently reflects and evolves the expression of the Inmar brand across campaigns, thought leadership, digital experiences, events, and sales enablement materials.
Guide designers and creative contributors in delivering high-quality work across marketing channels and formats including web, video, email, social media, presentations, digital advertising, and event assets.
Provide art direction, feedback, and mentorship that helps designers grow their craft while strengthening the overall quality and consistency of the team’s work.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships to translate market insights, customer needs, and strategic objectives into effective creative solutions.
Present creative concepts and design rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure on-target, on-time, standards-based, and forward-thinking creative delivery every day.
Lead the creative execution of marketing initiatives across the MarTech organization, ensuring work is both creatively compelling and delivered efficiently at scale.
Provide creative direction and hands-on guidance during key projects to ensure the team produces work that is clear, compelling, and visually distinctive.
Oversee creative capacity planning and resource allocation across design and content teams, ensuring priorities are clear and marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule.
Establish and continuously improve creative production workflows and operational practices that support efficient marketing execution across teams.
Partner with marketing leaders to ensure creative resources are aligned with strategic priorities, campaign timelines, and major marketing initiatives.
Manage external creative vendors or agencies when needed to support production capacity or specialized creative needs.
Develop core creative asset frameworks and modular design approaches that support efficient production of recurring marketing assets such as presentations, campaign visuals, digital ads, social graphics, email templates, and event materials.
Ensure creative assets and frameworks support consistent storytelling and clear communication of value across the audiences and industries the MarTech division serves.
Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and visual standards that enable scalable, consistent marketing production across the MarTech organization.
Lead the development of reusable creative frameworks and modular campaign asset systems that allow marketing campaigns and programs to scale efficiently across channels including web, social, email, digital advertising, presentations, and event materials.
Identify opportunities to improve creative efficiency and consistency through scalable design frameworks, shared assets, and reusable marketing components.
Explore and implement emerging creative technologies and AI-enabled tools that support faster ideation, concept development, and scalable marketing creative.
Guide the team in using AI-assisted tools to accelerate creative exploration and production while maintaining strong creative judgment, storytelling, and human-led creative direction.
Lead the development of practical systems and guidelines for responsible use of AI-enabled tools in creative workflows, identifying opportunities to deploy technologies that support scalable presentation and communication frameworks across the division while maintaining strong visual brand standards.
Partner with marketing leadership to identify opportunities where emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools can improve efficiency, experimentation, and creative output across the marketing organization.
Lead and mentor designers and creative contributors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative team environment.
Support the professional growth of creative team members through coaching, feedback, and opportunities to strengthen their craft and expand their capabilities.
Encourage a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement that helps the team refine ideas, strengthen execution, and steadily raise the quality of the work.

Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field required.
8–12 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years leading creative teams, design initiatives, or significant marketing creative programs.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, marketing creative, and multi-channel design. Show us what you have lead and what you have created yourself.
Rockstar-level, hands-on-keyboard creation skills. You don’t just lead, you do.
Experience leading the creation and development of marketing creative for campaigns, thought leadership, digital content, and sales enablement initiatives across formats such as web, video, email, social media, presentations, digital advertising, and event materials.
Experience working within complex, cross-functional B2B or B2B2C marketing environments such as SaaS, martech, ad tech, media, retail technology, or related industries, where creative work supports integrated marketing programs and measurable business impact.
Demonstrated ability to lead creative work while remaining actively engaged personally in the development and refinement of design concepts and visual execution.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design tools.
Experience managing creative teams, external vendors, or agencies preferred.
Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled tools that support creative development and marketing productivity, with the ability to apply them responsibly to enhance efficiency while maintaining strong creative judgment and brand standards.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
