This is a senior role with strong creative ownership, ideal for someone who has grown from an Art Direction background into leading high-impact, multi-market campaigns with a clear focus on social-first thinking, collaborations and creator-led storytelling.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and elevating the creative vision globally — ensuring ideas are culturally relevant, platform-native and capable of driving both brand impact and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global creative vision across social-first and creator-led ecosystems.
  • Drive end-to-end creative excellence, from insight and concept to execution across markets.
  • Translate global brand platforms into culturally sharp, platform-native ideas and scalable creator collaborations.
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams (Art, Copy, Content), fostering a culture of high standards, craft and innovation.
  • Act as a senior creative partner to Strategy, Account and Production, ensuring alignment between business objectives and creative output.
  • Oversee and elevate influencer, creator and cultural collaborations, ensuring authenticity, relevance and standout execution.
  • Collaborate with global and regional hubs to ensure consistency and adaptability across markets.
  • Be the ultimate guardian of the brand’s creative identity (tone, look & feel) across all touchpoints.
  • Champion innovation by staying ahead of social trends, emerging formats and the evolving creator economy.
  • Present and defend creative work at a senior level, both internally and with clients.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong foundation in Art Direction and proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first campaigns and creator-led work for global or regional brands.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific storytelling, digital culture and social ecosystems.
  • Exceptional visual craft and conceptual thinking, with the ability to deliver ideas that are both impactful and beautifully executed.
  • Proven experience leading and developing creative teams, as well as managing external partners and production workflows.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (C2 level required).
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on creative involvement.
  • High level of curiosity, agility and passion for creativity at the speed of culture.

And since you'll give this and much more, we also want to give you much more:

  • A dynamic and creative work environment.
  • High-profile clients and international brands.
  • Full-time position.
  • Hybrid format: 2 or 3 days in the office / 2 or 3 days remote work.
  • Christmas, Easter, July, and August: FULL REMOTE.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Permanent contract with a six-month trial period.

  • Optional access to flexible compensation (health insurance, transportation, meals, and childcare).
  • Ogilvy Wellness Program: Free psychological, legal, and financial support service. Discounts on physiotherapy and gyms.
  • Ogilvy is recognized with the Family-Responsible Company (EFR) certification for its commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
