Being the owner of Digital Experience & Digital Performance of Prudential, Digital team plays a vital role in differentiating & defining the new way PVA approach and engage with its stakeholders (customers, sales forces, employees, shareholders, government & business partners…) for business growth.

This position is responsible for the management of planning and implementation of communication activities for Prudential digital platforms. This process includes change management planning, creative production management, performance tracking, analysis and reporting to ensure the quality of delivery and success of the transformation.  

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

  • Design and manage communication plan for all digital platforms under Digital team to ensure all agents adopt the new system and know how to use the features within the product.

  • Manage the planning and execution of communication activities from production preparation to promotion stage.

  • Creative production management includes managing agency.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the execution plan.

  • Build up a good relationship with stake holders to design and manage Communication activities effectively.

  • Collaborate with other team members in Performance tracking, analysis and reporting to ensure the quality of communication and engagement for digital transformation.

  • Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu:

Qualifications / Bằng cấp

  • At least with University/College degree with experience in Customer relations management.

Experience / Kinh nghiệm

  • At least 3 years of experience in related field with proven achievements, including from-1-year agency background.

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Content creation experience in diverse channels & Canva skill are compulsory

- Design skill is a big plus

- Fluency in MS Office & Business English.

- Ambitious to deliver innovation and high performance.

- Nimble and responsive to meet demands, can manage multiple demands and agile when business needs and requirements change.

- Strong teamwork spirit and skill.
