The Role:
The Creative Designer will lead the development of visual assets that drive measurable performance across paid media channels. This role will focus exclusively on paid marketing creative designs, crafting visuals that convert and continually optimising based on data-driven insights.
As a key member of our Paid team, you will bridge the gap between creative design and performance marketing, ensuring every asset not only looks exceptional but also delivers results. You’ll lead the creative designs for campaigns across display, social, video, and emerging ad formats, while leveraging advanced design tools and AI-driven workflows to push creative boundaries.
