Purpose
The creative coordinator will take part in both the creative and logistical tasks for the creative department. As a coordinator, you’re primarily responsible for assisting the AV producing team primarily with scheduling and project management. As cuts begin to pile up and versions start to blur together, you’ll need to keep everybody on track and on the same page to avoid misunderstandings. You’ll also need to be comfortable enough with the overall production workflow to step in wherever and whenever you’re needed. No two days will be the same, so staying both adaptable and proactive will be key to succeeding in this role. The ideal candidate is proactive and excited to grow, has a degree in English/Screenwriting, is a movie and content junkie, and has previous executive assistant experience.
