About the Job

As a Creative Content Lead at Levi Strauss & Co., you will lead the development and execution of media campaign production across Europe, ensuring seamless collaboration between regional teams, global stakeholders, and external partners. You will drive creative excellence across channels, optimize content performance, and support impactful local marketing activations, while leading a high-performing creative team.

You will report to the Head of Media Europe and lead and develop a team of 6.

Job Purpose

Lead Media Campaign Production for Europe (approx. 60%)

  • Act as the key link between European teams, Global (US) stakeholders, and external production & media agencies, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Drive alignment across regional markets, ensuring accurate and timely inputs into production requirements.
  • Support integration between brand and performance media from a content and asset perspective (selection, adaptation, approvals).
  • Optimize media assets to drive traffic to Levi.com and the Levi’s App, leveraging a strong test-and-learn approach to creative performance.
  • Continuously challenge production and media partners to improve processes, analytics, and creative output, in line with both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Partner with key external platforms (e.g. Google, TikTok, Meta) to enhance asset performance and maximize media KPIs.
  • Streamline processes and develop clear production guidelines, including for distributor-managed markets.
  • Oversee production agency management, including team collaboration, budget tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Manage budgets across forecasting and spend, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy.

Channels include: TV, Cinema, VOD, Digital (incl. dynamic creatives), Social, Print, OOH.

Lead Local Marketing Activations (approx. 40%)

  • Partner with the local Head of Marketing to support regional activations (PR, retail, wholesale), ensuring strong execution and brand consistency.
  • Ensure all activations align with global creative direction, brand guidelines, and Levi’s creative standards.
  • Lead regional photoshoot initiatives, including talent/KOL management and eCommerce content (e.g. Fit Guides).
  • Support all phases of production: pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of 6 direct reports (Creative Content Specialists x3, Traffic Manager, Copywriter, Content Production Lead).
  • Act as the main point of contact for European marketing and business teams on all creative needs (media, marketing, eCommerce, CRM, website, and app content).

Creative Direction & Governance

  • Provide feedback on global creative briefs and ensure alignment with regional needs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to define local adaptations (formats, messaging, execution).
  • Review and approve creative assets across the cluster, ensuring consistency with product and brand standards.
  • Lead seasonal performance reviews and continuously refine processes and outputs.

Strategic & Operational Projects

  • Lead RFP processes for new vendors when required.
  • Drive structural evolution within EU marketing, particularly around AI-driven transformation in creative production, acting as a change champion.

About You

  • University degree (or equivalent ex), preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • 8–10+ years’ experience in a global, consumer-focused brand environment (ideally apparel, youth, or entertainment).
  • Proven experience in ATL production and strong understanding of paid media channels and formats.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage external partners/agencies.
  • Solid project management experience, ideally managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Strong visual sensibility and understanding of channel-specific creative requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs. 

The expected salary range for this role is PLN 195,400.00 - 260,500.00 gross per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
