About the Role:
The Creative Associate is a frontline producer of Eko’s revolutionary product media. Reporting to a Creative Crew Manager, you’ll help turn everyday products into high-quality digital media by preparing, styling, capturing, and quality-checking products against clear production standards.
This role is part creative, part technical, and highly active. You'll work from daily capture plans, operate proprietary robotic and camera systems, use styling tools and creative judgement to make products look their best, and keep production moving at a steady, sustainable pace.
The right person is detail-oriented, coachable, comfortable with technology, and energized by high-volume creative production. You'll take pride in getting the details right, keeping your stage clean and production-ready, and making sure each image meets eko's production and quality standards before it moves to our retail partners.
What you will do:
- Operate camera systems and robotics to capture products to spec
- Follow established styling, prep, and capture guidelines with consistency and care
- Complete daily capture targets at a steady, sustainable pace—not rushed, not idle
- Perform real-time quality checks on your own work—it only ships when it looks great
- Handle all products carefully and maintain condition standards before, during, and after capture
- Escalate issues appropriately (props, tech, product condition, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready stage at all times
- Collaborate with stylists, operators, and teammates to keep production flowing
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year minimum of directly relevant hands-on experience in studio production, visual merchandising, video production, fashion styling, media creation, or a similar production-based environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar video editing platforms, with the confidence to use these tools in a fast-paced production environment
- Energized by a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Able to follow precise standards while using your styling instincts to make products look their best
- Excited to use robotics, cameras, and styling tools to transform everyday objects into standout digital media
- Obsessed with quality over shortcuts — you take pride in your work
- A team player who lifts others up and brings positive energy to every shift
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with professionalism, respond to feedback constructively, and work through day-to-day team challenges with sound judgement, maturity, and respect
- Able to learn new systems and tools with minimal friction
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise
- Light to moderate lifting will be required in accordance with current OSHA standards
- Ability to perform work in a highly active, floor-based environment, including regular movement throughout the factory or studio for extended periods during a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
Shift Requirements:
This role is on-site at eko's Capture Factory in Bentonville, Arkansas. Candidates must be able to to commit to one of the following three shifts:
- Weeknights: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 pm to 4:30 am | $30.80 hr
- Weekend Days: Friday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm | $32.20 hr
- Weekend Nights: Friday through Sunday, 6:30 pm to 4:30 am | $32.20 hr
Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily within a factory setting
- The noise level can range from low to moderate
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)
