The CreateSmart Project Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the design and rollout of the CreateSmart model across international markets. This role ensures project milestones are met, resources are aligned, and communication flows smoothly between all stakeholders. The position is international in scope, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the CreateSmart pilot.

  • Coordinate activities across regional content studios, in-market creators, and agency partners.

  • Track progress against milestones and proactively address risks or delays.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the central point of contact for project communications, updates, and reporting.

  • Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and status updates with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the onboarding and enablement of seconded FTEs and SMEs.

Resource & Budget Management

  • Assist the Pilot in Command in managing project resources, including budget tracking and allocation.

  • Ensure appropriate staffing and support for each market and workstream.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key project metrics (content volume, speed, cost, localization quality) and prepare reports for governance bodies.

  • Support the collection and analysis of data to inform model iteration and scale-up plans.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.

  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future pilots.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, project management, digital transformation, or related field.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-market projects, preferably in healthcare or digital content.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GenAI-enabled content creation, localization, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Pfizer’s internal platforms and governance structures.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Substantial travel may be required for stakeholder meetings and pilot rollouts.

  • Flexible work hours to accommodate international time zones.

  • Cross-market collaboration expected.

OTHER INFORMATION

Duration: 12 months secondment

LIFYD: Flexible Working Arrangement (2.5 Days at the Office)

Position reports to: CreateSmart Pilot in Command (Claire Edgerton)

This secondment role is a global job level 90 position.
