We are currently seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our Recruiting Team. Tasked with finding talented individuals for key roles supporting the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting process for both professional and field staff
  • Work with business leaders to develop targeted recruiting strategies for all positions as assigned
  • Screen resumes for appropriate experience, credentials, skills, and knowledge
  • Conduct in-person and phone screen interviews to determine technical and cultural fit
  • Build effective business partnerships with both Workforce Development & HR Teams
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Build internal and external industry relationships
  • Source candidates and utilization of sourcing tools
  • Work with candidates to complete onboarding process and ensure their ability to start
  • Provide market intelligence and interview feedback to business leaders
  • Assist in recruitment marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years working in construction, engineering, technical or craft recruiting preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with any ATS, iCIMS preferred
  • Ability to effectively implement new processes
  • Strong networking and relationship-building Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience utilizing sourcing tools; LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, Social Media etc. preferred
  • Proficient with MSFT Office Applications.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
