CR Shared Services Associate

PRIMARY PURPOSE:  To provide support to colleagues and candidates by answering questions, providing explanations, resolving issues and responding to inquiries related to colleague data, programs, policies, practices and procedures, within defined scope.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as a first-level resource for colleague interactions with CR responding to inquiries in a professional, urgent and confidential manner.
  • Performs and provides guidance on administrative tasks including, but not limited to, initiation and evaluation of background checks, compliance document distribution and collection, verifications of employment and good standing, unemployment claims and review/approval of one-time payments.
  • Monitors, troubleshoots and offers instruction for colleague self-service for initiating transactions in the HRIS system.
  • Maintains colleague data in compliance with federal and state standards.
  • Collaborates with and supports Tier 2 and other Centers of Excellence “COE’s” on general CR programs, initiatives and projects as needed.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

One (1) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Experience in HRIS and/or case management tools preferred.

  • Self-driven with a sense of ownership of work product and accountability

  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
  • Knowledge of CR concepts and terminology preferred
