We are seeking a Safety Analyst to join our team at the Warehouse site, located in Carlos Spegazzini, Ezeiza under a fixedterm contract through December 31, 2026. This role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, ISO 45001, and Coca‑Cola Operating Requirements (KORE).

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, analytical capability, and the ability to influence across functions. You will act as a trusted partner to internal teams and contractors while helping to strengthen and sustain our safety culture.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Identify health and safety risks and improvement opportunities using structured problem‑solving tools, ensuring process conformance and organizational knowledge retention.
  • Support internal clients with risk assessments, contractor safety management, legal compliance, trainings, incident investigations, and health and safety consultations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, local legal requirements, and KORE, including participation in audits, government inspections, and follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of key safety programs, including fall protection, confined space, machine safeguarding, hazardous energy control (LOTO), ergonomics, and permit‑to‑work systems.
  • Coordinate in‑plant health and safety activities such as Safety Week, monthly safety committees, and safety culture initiatives, acting as a visible change agent.
  • Manage and coordinate external safety contractors and consultants, including fire protection service providers.
  • Support Behavioral‑Based Safety (BBS) initiatives in collaboration with the BBS Leader and steering committee.

What Are the Qualifications Needed

  • Degree in Occupational Safety and Health
  • 3 years of experience in health and safety roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and follow‑up skills.
  • Full‑time, on‑site availability at the site
