The Worldwide Sales Effectiveness & Enablement organization leads the strategy, development, and delivery of sales tools and processes to enable an efficient, effective selling organization. This group is responsible for the everyday tools our sellers, customers, and partners use to drive Sales Growth. Job Description

The CPQ Pricing & Contracts Analyst is responsible for the regional maintenance and optimization of North America contracts within the Oracle CPQ. You will act as a critical bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure all contracts, agreements and approvals are set up correctly and properly maintained in our systems

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Create and maintain contract data for pricing configurations within CPQ

  • Database Maintenance: Update databases to reflect ongoing changes, ensuring the CPQ tool provides an efficient and accurate seller experience.

  • Approval Governance: Manage the price exception and approval routing tables within Oracle CPQ to ensure compliance with financial pricing goals

  • Audit Leadership: Lead the annual audit process in collaboration with Finance to ensure system integrity and process adherence

  • Reporting: Run and distribute reports in Tableau for leadership to provide visibility into price exceptions and trends.

  • Process Documentation: Document contract workflows to uncover pain points and translate them into actionable user stories for system improvements

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Foster collaborative relationships between Sales, Legal, and Finance to troubleshoot data issues and resolve urgent support requests.

  • Testing: Oversee the development of test scenarios and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure contract system stability

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ is a plus

  • Communication: Ability to explain technical CPQ constraints to non-technical stakeholders in Finance and Sales.

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in a role requiring high attention to detail and cross-functional leadership between business and technical teams is a plus

Target Base Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000  USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Financial Analyst role

  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts
