CPAP Clinics Manager - SA

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Reporting to the State Manager, this role is responsible for driving sales of the Sleep Solutions business within the CPAP Clinics in the assigned region. You will be responsible for the overall management and functioning of clinics from a Sales & Marketing viewpoint, ensuring business requirements are met.

A key component of this position involves managing the CPAP Therapy Consultants and CPAP Therapy Specialists within your region, providing them with leadership, direction, and support.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Train, and coach your direct reports, setting performance objectives, and providing ongoing support to ensure all staff are properly trained
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and strategies to boost sales for the Sleep Solutions business
  • Manage rosters to ensure full clinic coverage and minimise downtime
  • Monitor KPIs, manage monthly reports for management, and guide the team to meet their targets
  • Resolve patient issues promptly and ensure seamless collaboration between diagnostics and therapy teams

Are you a MATCH?

  • Tertiary education in business, marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry
  • Management, operations, and business development skills
  • Proven leadership ability with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM/invoicing systems
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, staff, and customers
