Job Overview:

The Court Support Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Court Support team, which works directly with courts across the country to retrieve and process high volumes of court filings and case updates. This role combines people leadership with operational oversight, ensuring team members successfully obtain court documents, navigate court dockets, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

The Lead supervises Court Support Specialists and acts as the primary escalation point for complex court inquiries, document retrieval issues, and workflow challenges. The ideal candidate has a legal or court operations background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment. 

This position is located onsite in our Atlanta office and is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support Court Support Specialists to ensure strong team performance and development.
  • Oversee daily team operations including scheduling, timecards, and workload distribution.
  • Monitor workflows to ensure timely retrieval and processing of court documents from courts nationwide.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex court inquiries, document retrieval issues, and operational challenges.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and updates within internal systems
  • Identify process improvements and collaborate with other teams to support efficient court support operations.

Qualifications:

  • Legal, court operations, or paralegal experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong understanding of court systems, legal documents, and/or court dockets preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Experience managing workflows, performance metrics, or operational processes.
  • Comfortable working in remote collaboration environments (Teams, Zoom, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience working with internal systems and document management tools.

Pay:  $48,600 to $48,600
