In this role, you will take ownership of optimizing the entire courier journey — from acquisition and onboarding to activation — ensuring a seamless and efficient experience at every step.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Support all Bolt's Food delivery operations in Cyprus.</point>
• <point>Create and optimise processes – scaling is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to transform thousands of leads into active couriers every month.</point>
• <point>Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users, couriers and restaurants.</point>
• <point>Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kind of operational challenges.</point>
• <point>Onboard new partners – training sessions are our best opportunity to develop a strong relationship with our partners and we are always trying to improve the process.</point>
• <point>Ensuring adequate courier supply by analysing current fleet performance, order forecasts and aligning with general business requirements.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>Yave 1-3 years of experience in an analytical position.</point>
• <point>Yave a data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a must).</point>
• <point>You are professionally fluent in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</point>
• <point>You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with datasets and tools like Excel or Google Sheets.</point>
• <point>You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.</point>
• <point>You are passionate about new technologies and food tech.</point>
