As Country Opener, your primary goal will be to establish our presence in Italy by hunting for new
advertising partners (brands & agencies) eager to leverage influence marketing.
You will act as the first ambassador in the region, developing the client pipeline and building a
high-performing local business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Launch: Drive the go-to-market strategy and establish our brand in Italy
• Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new advertisers (brands and media agencies) for our influence marketing solutions.
• Sales Leadership: Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, consultative relationships with top brands and agencies to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze and monitor local industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Local Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the head office.
• Team Building (as growth allows): Contribute to recruiting and training future team members in the region.
👉 Your profile
• Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in influence marketing, media, advertising or tech targeting advertisers.
• Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to prospect and win new business in a “zero to one” environment.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the influence industry in Italy.
• Entrepreneurial: Self-starter able to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Network: Existing network of brands, advertisers, and/or media agencies in the target markets is highly valued.
• Languages: Fluent Italian required
• Cultural Fit: Energetic, creative, ambitious, and resilient.
