We’re Hiring: Country Medical Director | Executive Director

We are seeking an exceptional Country Medical Director to join our Leadership Team and shape the future of our medical strategy in Brazil.

As part of the Country Leadership Team, you will lead the medical team, define the medical strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key healthcare stakeholders to drive meaningful impact for patients and the business.

Key Accountabiltiies You’ll Lead

• Set and execute a country-wide medical strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure world-class medical governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Strengthen our scientific reputation through high‑impact external engagement with experts, institutions, and policymakers.
• Drive medical excellence in product launches, evidence generation, and market access partnerships.
• Build and develop a high‑performing Medical organization, fostering talent and future capabilities.
• Champion digital innovation, data-driven insights, and modern scientific communication.

What we need from you

• Broad senior medical leadership in pharma across Medical Affairs.
• Experience as Country Medical Director as well as regional/global experience as a leader.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proven leadership of high‑performing teams in complex matrix environments.
