We are seeking a Country Manager to spearhead our New Zealand operations and deliver on an ambitious growth agenda. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for market performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

As Country Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business in New Zealand. Your mandate goes beyond operational oversight—you will be the architect of growth, culture, and innovation. Specifically, you will:

  • Define and execute the market strategy
    Set a clear vision for New Zealand, aligning local priorities with regional and global objectives. Translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • Drive commercial excellence
    Own full P\&L responsibility, setting ambitious revenue and profitability targets. Implement data-driven approaches to optimize performance and ensure consistent delivery against financial goals.
  • Accelerate market expansion
    Identify emerging opportunities, develop new channels, and forge strategic partnerships that strengthen our market position and unlock long-term value.
  • Champion innovation and transformation
    Introduce forward-thinking initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and position us as a leader in the industry.
  • Lead and inspire talent
    Build a high-performing, inclusive culture where people thrive. Mentor and develop future leaders, ensuring succession planning and capability growth across all functions.
  • Influence stakeholders and shape policy
    Represent the organization externally, engaging with industry bodies, government agencies, and key partners to advance our interests and strengthen our reputation.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in executive-level leadership, with a track record of shaping strategy and delivering commercial success.
  • Expertise in complex, matrixed environments, ideally across international markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage P\&L accountability at scale.
  • Sector knowledge in vertical transport, building solutions, or construction is advantageous.
  • A visionary mindset combined with the ability to execute with precision.
