The Role

This role in responsible for Finland as part of the Nordics HR team supports the Nordics Region business and team. This opportunity has to be based near the office in Espoo, Finland.

 

You will:

  • Partner and collaborate with Leadership teams to develop and deliver HR solutions that proactively support business strategy, results and employee engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance & advice to stakeholders on complex HR issues, based on best practice employed across multiple counties.
  • Be primary responsible for Finland Employee Relations & Labor Relations topics.
  • Collaborate with Global HR functions, HR Partners and HR COEs, providing functional direction and drives execution of agreed upon actions and HR programs (such as compensation, performance management, talent review, and workforce diversity)

 


Who You Are

  • Experience of leading country HR is essential for this role. 
  • Track record of successful partnering with managers at many levels.
  • Fluent in Finnish and english is key for this role to be a succes, and it would be an asset if you speak one more Nordic language. 
  • A proven HR business partner with experience supporting senior leaders: balances vision, drive for results, a learning orientation and employee outcomes across complex teams - ideally in a Consult environment.
  • Broad HR background including also strong experience in employee and labor relations and negotiations.
  • A proven track record of success supporting global teams, ideally having worked in a technology environment.
  • Builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner.  Influences leaders to leverage HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to analyse and represent information and strategy with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. in addition experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Ability to balance strategic with tactical, hands-on work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and have a proactive mindset, that thrive in a complex work environment..
