Job Description:
•Responsible for Key accounts and key distributors service improvement through participate in customer sales and inventory planning and lead regular service review with key accounts (distributors) with sales team/supply chain /demand planners
•Capture all the relevant information and data to analyze and project most accurate forecast by skus for priority portfolio and customers and aggregate to total demand plan for key account level
•Connect with sales and key customers regularly to discuss , Fill Rates /DFOT , POS Data, Forecast Variances and Customer Supplied Forecast include cancelled lines and reasons
•Work with shopper marketers to discuss and adjust Promotional Plans and ensure stock available for Displays and promotion programs
•Review Fill Rates weekly to see if forecast adjustments are required, and discuss with sales team if demand surges, to ensure changes are captured ASAP
•Key customers demand plan compared to MRE/QOR/ETF and adjust to align with sales estimation
Shared responsibility
•The Demand Planners add to other accounts, to give a total by SKU forecast, that is entered into the System for Supply Planners, to release orders
