The Country Director is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. This role carries full accountability for strategy, execution, and performance, with a strong emphasis on driving growth, managing profitability, and building a robust market presence. It combines general management responsibilities (including P&L ownership) with a deep focus on product and digital innovation to ensure the company maintains its competitive edge.
We are seeking a visionary leader who can seamlessly bridge strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver market-ready products and measurable results. The Country Director will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s digital product portfolio—launching new digital solutions, strengthening omni-channel capabilities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
