THE JOB:
As a Count Room Attendant at MGM, you'll play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient processing of currency from various gaming sources. Join a dynamic team that ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our entertainment destination.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.71
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collect cash, tickets, and tokens from slot machines, cashless wagering kiosks, parking kiosks, arcade games, and other revenue areas as instructed
Count, sort, strap, rack, transport, and record all funds during the count operation with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain proficiency in the operation of all programs and equipment used in the drop and count process
Ensure the count room is clean, organized, and that all drop and count equipment is properly maintained
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Possession of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
A minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in cash handling
Demonstration of fundamental skills in math, reading, and writing is expected
Thrives in focused environments where attention to detail is essential
Is 21 years old or older
