As Counsel, Commercial Operations and Litigation, you will be responsible for negotiating general commercial contracts and M&A, oversee litigation matters and provide general labor and employment advice for a growing cannabis business. In this role, you will work hands on in a fast paced environment and get the chance to work directly with business partners and other members of the legal team to provide legal advice and drive a strategy across TerrAscend ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services.
