1. Fully responsible for the financial supervision and control of all fixed asset investment projects from project initiation to completion throughout the entire process

2. Regularly track, calculate and analyze CIP projects, promptly classify completed CIP projects reasonably and convert them into fixed assets, and complete the CAPEX analysis report every month
定期对在建工程项目进行跟踪、核算和分析，及时将完工的在建工程合理归类并转增为固定资产，每月完成CAPEX的分析报告
3. Ensure that all management work related to fixed assets is implemented in place, and lead each department in the daily management of fixed assets, including the increase, decrease, transfer, count and assessment of fixed assets, etc.
确保固定资产的各项管理工作落实到位，领导各部门对固定资产的日常管理，包括固定资产的增加，减少，转移，盘点和评估等
4. Complete the invoice input for direct materials, MRO and employee T&E, help solve the problems / queries encountered by various departments in expense inquiry, invoice bookkeeping, payment, etc.
完成生产性采购、非生产性采购和员工费用报销的发票输入，帮助解决各个部门在费用查询、发票记账、付款等方面遇到的问题
5. Participate in the monthly cost closing and assist in investigating and analyzing various cost variances

6. Participate in and assist in the annual budgeting work, and help prepare the budget report

7. Actively participate in or cooperate with various audits conducted by internal and external institutions of the company, such as government departments, accounting firms, and appraisal institutions

8. Support various innovative ideas and measures of the plant, and provide corresponding analytical data and suggestions

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
