Cost Accounting Analyst provides support with entries and reports related with manufacturing variances.
This person is responsible for preparing reconciliations, reports for local government, and other KPIs for the plant, also provide support with internal, external audits.
What will you be doing?
Preparation of journal entries, for example: floor stock, discrepancies, in transit, others.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports, for example: production report, defects code, MCRQ, stock provided to vendor.
Preparation of Scrap &MUV report.
Reconciliations of GL Accounts related with inventories.
Preparation of reports for inventories in local currency.
Provide support with internal and external audits.
Execute costing of materials.
Preparation of reports for overtime, and efficiency.
What will you need to be successful?
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business administration is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 months of proven experience in administrative roles is required, including exposure to basic accounting tasks; prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
MS Office 365 experience.
Language: Medium to high level of English (B1–B2)
Competences:
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and grasp concepts quickly.
