We’re looking for our next Corporate Trust Financial Management Analyst to join a collaborative, detail‑driven team that plays a critical role in the trust lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll build on your existing knowledge while expanding your technical and analytical skillset:

  • Manage cash and assets for trust accounts, including monitoring and investing balances, valuing assets and collateral, and ensuring accounts are properly funded in accordance with governing trust documents.

  • Interpret bond financing documents and apply internal controls to determine the timing and movement of cash and assets.

  • Prepare and post trust accounting system entries, including debt retirements and other transaction activity.

  • Partner closely with specialized internal teams to deliver quality insights to account managers, ensuring procedures are followed and legal requirements are met.

  • Participate in client interactions as needed, gaining exposure to external relationships and business impact.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience

  • Two to three years of related experience


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working knowledge of investments, accounting transactions, and client service

  • Ability to interpret bond financing documents to decipher all aspects of cash and asset transactions relating to the account

  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations which can include percentages, ratios, and bond interest as applicable

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Excel

  • Systems experience with Trust Accounting and Bond Accounting systems preferred

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
