Responsible in handling security and safety issues in regards to the protection of all corporate assets and provide support in all aspects of emergency preparedness and incident response.
Primary Responsibilities
• Support GSSC in long-term protection of assets
•Drive the improvement in handling security and safety issues
•Provide timely and accurate security and safety advice, credible intelligence, information, analysis, develop cost effective security and safety plans, and security risk management
•Perform special projects as and when required
•Assist the development and maintenance of Corporate Security Policies and Procedures
•Coordinate the revisions required to existing Incident Response Plans, as necessitated by any approved technological or organizational change.
•Coordinate and plan the required Evacuation Drills and Incident Response Exercises
•Responsible for the documentation of the exercise results
•Support and conduct investigations of reported acts of violations
•Ensure that Safety Wardens in the various Business Units are adequately trained to fulfill their responsibilities.
•Conduct New Hire Orientation, Safety Warden and other Security Training Program
•Provide 24x7 on-call support to business units during incidents.
•Provide security support to the local business leadership
•Coordinate and collaborate within and outside team to enhance security operations efficiency.
•Establish liaison and contact with external local law enforcement authorities (government agencies, public security forces & private industrial security counterparts)
•Support the implementation of Safety and Security Awareness Programs
•Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the department
•Drive in the development and support emergency response teams & security function for incident/emergency response exercises/events
•Drive in the management of local security vendors
•Manage in the use of outsourced security guards deployed in his area of responsibility
•Manage engagement of Safety Warden volunteers
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
• 10+ years relevant experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred Knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•Policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the insurance servicing industry preferred
•Must have good knowledge of criminal procedure, and possess fair amount of experience in the conduct of internal investigations.
•Certification from American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) or Philippine Society for Industrial Security (PSIS) preferred
•Good knowledge of the Corporate Security professional practices.
