The Position
Job Summary
The Corporate Relations Partner focuses on the strategic operation of key corporate projects and external engagements. This role drives the innovation of visitor experiences at the COE, facilitates key executive-level interactions and meetings, and manages the execution of complex stakeholder interactions, ensuring a consistent and positive corporate brand image across various touchpoints.
What should you do
External Affairs Operations
- Orchestrate the operational details of major external participation (e.g., CIIE, high-level government visits). Synthesize inputs from Government Affairs and BA’s.etc into actionable visit plans.
Major Corporate Events & Engagement Operations
- Lead and orchestrate the strategic planning and execution of major corporate events. Drive high-impact programs, including corporate-wide employee engagement initiatives and key CSR-related programs. Ensure these corporate touchpoints effectively communicate brand values and enhance employee engagement with corporate strategies.
COE Experience Innovation & Management
- Drive the daily operations and experience innovation of the COE. Ensure high-quality visitor tours and collaborate with internal partners to curate and update showcase content that reflects Roche's latest innovations and leadership.
Complex Project Management
- Lead and execute logistics for high-profile visits. Anticipate potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure seamless delivery.
Empower internal stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between different functions to ensure the alignment of corporate branding goals and project execution.
Budget & Resource Management
- Responsible for preparing detailed budgets for assigned modules, strictly tracking individual expenditure, and reporting data variances. Communicate with line managers and finance regarding specific spending to understand the supporting role of the budget for tactical tasks.
Other Duties & Compliance
- Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Compliance & Conduct: Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Event Management are preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in public relations, project management, or corporate branding.
- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong project management, influence without authority, and excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to manage complex tasks with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
