What this job involves:

As a Corporate Receptionist (Workplace Experience Ambassador) for JLL's Integrated Facility Management business line on our Amazon account dedicated team, you will be the owner of the internal and external visitor experience, providing the highest possible standards of engagement with our internal and external customers through all front-of-house and meeting & event services. You will take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience while delivering all core front of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found and deliveries. This role involves receiving, directing and relaying telephone, email and other queries via front of house while greeting, assisting and directing candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public appropriately with continual awareness of all onsite events to ensure visitor experience is personalised and optimised. You will proactively contribute to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality across the identified front of house and meeting and event areas with great attention to detail while undertaking physical setup of meeting and event spaces in line with team guidelines and EHS considerations, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional workplace experience services through comprehensive front-of-house excellence, meeting and event coordination, and customer-focused service delivery that ensures memorable visitor experiences and operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Take ownership of internal and external visitor experience ensuring all interactions leave customers with positive, memorable experience through comprehensive front-of-house service delivery

  • Deliver all core front of house services including sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found and deliveries while receiving, directing and relaying telephone, email and other queries

  • Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and general public appropriately with continual awareness of onsite events for personalised and optimised visitor experience

  • Proactively contribute to maintaining highest standards of presentation and functionality across front of house and meeting and event areas with great attention to detail

  • Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces in line with team guidelines and EHS considerations while monitoring room environments including furniture and equipment

  • Create and efficiently maintain up-to-date outlook, conference room finder and SharePoint room booking systems for identified meeting and event spaces

  • Maintain high awareness of local area services such as shops, restaurants, hotels and transport to support customers with comprehensive area knowledge

  • Provide daily liaison with one-team partners such as security and janitorial teams on coordination of meetings and events for seamless operational delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception, concierge or related field with excellent people skills and ability to interact with wide range of client staff and demands

  • Previous experience working within high profile corporate environment with fluency in English and local language for comprehensive customer communication

  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems with very high attention to detail for accurate operational management

  • Outstanding customer service skills with ability and confidence communicating to customers at all levels, both written and verbal for professional engagement

  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and be ambassador of the team while demonstrating excellent team player attitude with want to go above and beyond

  • Skills in taking ownership of internal and external visitor experience while delivering core front of house services including sign-in, badging, and deliveries

  • Experience greeting, assisting and directing visitors appropriately with continual awareness of onsite events for personalised visitor experience optimization

  • Knowledge of meeting and event space setup with understanding of team guidelines and EHS considerations for safe and effective operational delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous catering or hospitality experience with Facilities Management exposure for comprehensive workplace experience understanding and service delivery excellence

  • Experience with outlook, conference room finder and SharePoint room booking systems maintenance for efficient meeting and event space management

  • Knowledge of local area services including shops, restaurants, hotels and transport for comprehensive customer support and area guidance

  • Understanding of coordination with security and janitorial teams for meetings and events with experience providing timely, accurate & personalized responses to enquiries

  • Experience working flexibly in different settings as part of team with ability to coordinate daily updating of room booking displays following local/regional processes

  • Knowledge of supporting onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes with experience covering other facilities team services including Trouble Ticket requests

  • Understanding of incoming/outgoing mail and courier services, site inspections, and administrative tasks for comprehensive facilities support and operational flexibility.
