Responsible for providing operational, financial, and project support for ODFL’s Real Estate and Facilities Management functions. Supports leadership, regional teams, and vendors to maintain facilities, coordinate projects, and assist with data-driven decisions across all divisions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to Regional Construction & Maintenance Management and maintain vendor setup and contacts.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage follow-ups.
  • Maintain standardized filing systems and ensure documents are uploaded to project software.
  • Assist with employee training on relevant systems and processes.
  • Create and distribute department communications and manage communication platforms.
  • Develop and maintain capital planning documents and provide required updates.
  • Support forecasting, tracking, and reporting of project actuals.
  • Maintain historical construction and maintenance cost data.
  • Lead select program-level projects and oversee minor project coordination as needed.

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, or Finance preferred.

Required Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in commercial facility management or construction management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and macros), Adobe, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with work order systems such as Corrigo, ServiceChannel, or Maximo and with Capital Planning and Forecasting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based document tools.
  •  Basic understanding of commercial design and construction preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
