The Corporate Procurement Analyst for purchasing systems and support role for the Global Indirect Materials & Services Procurement Manager, helps drive the identification of systems and process improvements related to procurement activities across all sites and plants. Includes the creation and implementation of corporate guidelines and policies to support the required governance and leverage of LF spend.

About the job:

  • Liason between the procurement BU's and IT for trouble shooting and coordination of systems enhancements (SAP, WebPR, Power BI, NSR form, Single Source forms and onboarding of new vendors).

  • Assist the corporate manager in creating and maintaining procurement processes and policies, to better ensure governance and alignment between the BU's (regardless of the ERP system).

  • Facilitate the best practice sharing amongst the BU's, in support of the corporate procurement manager.

  • Provide support for the annual supply chain management (SCM) LFOS assessments at all plant locations (virtually).

  • Provide backup support for the Global vendor master analyst, when they are on leave or PTO.

  • Manage the Global Procurement and Corporate Travel websites.

  • Support the corporate manager in the preparation and distribution of monthly reports (DPO, procurement spend, Metal Miner, etc.)

About you:

  • Bachelor or university degree

  • Two to five years of experience with SAP and WebPR

  • Knowledge of procurement practices

  • Medium to strong knowledge in MS Office

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • High attention to detail.
