The role:
As a Corporate Platforms Programme Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
Leading complex, multi-year technology programmes across corporate platforms including Finance, HR, Legal, EHS and Risk
Defining programme scope, outcomes, roadmaps, governance and success measures aligned to JM strategy
Managing delivery across multiple workstreams using a mix of agile and waterfall approaches
Owning programme governance, risk management, dependencies and reporting to senior forums
Overseeing budgets, forecasts and external partners to ensure value-driven delivery
Leading and developing multidisciplinary delivery teams and driving change adoption
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream IT programmes in global organisations
Strong programme governance, planning, RAID and benefits management capability
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple corporate functions
Commercial acumen with experience managing vendors and delivery partners
Knowledge of risk, compliance, cyber security and service readiness frameworks
Clear, confident communication and people leadership skills
