Job Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Department, with a strong focus on contract management, document control, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic corporate environment. This role requires a detail-oriented, commercially minded professional who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and serve as a reliable point of contact for legal-related matters across the organization. This position will be responsible for providing support for compliance and corporate governance matters, both domestic and international. Duties may include preparing and distributing correspondence, maintaining legal department records, and interfacing with both domestic and international internal business clients. The Corporate Paralegal will assist the General Counsel and corporate attorneys to review, edit and draft routine legal documents.  The ideal candidate will possess deep familiarity with contract workflows and document management operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing legal processes in support of commercial activities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Maintain and organize the Legal Department’s document repository, ensuring accurate versioning, secure access, and proper archiving of legal records.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline legal workflows and implement best practices for operational excellence. Independent review and evaluation of various legal documents.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to attorneys, including liaising with internal clients and triaging legal requests. Provide Notary Public service as needed to attorneys and in-house clients.
- Provide legal and corporate related information to internal clients for use in proposals, qualifications, compliance, and contracts.
- Assist with producing and maintaining corporate legal matters, including preparing minutes, keeping records, and corporate registrations, and other filings as may be necessary for both domestic and foreign corporate entities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Paralegal education/certification and/or related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities with minimal oversight while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, clients, in-house attorneys, outside counsel, government staff and others outside of the organization.
- Requires strong analytical ability, critical thinking, problem solving, and research skills.
- High attention to detail, process discipline, and respect for confidentiality.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems or similar document control tools preferred.
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office.
