We are seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to join the Executive Office (EO), mandated by the CEO, Executive Board (ExB) and Global Wealth Management Committee (GWMC) to drive matters of overarching strategic relevance for the Group.
As a member of the Corporate Secretary Executive Board Team, you will provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Secretary of the ExB/GWMC, contributing to the effective execution of her mandate. This is a developmental role with the goal of preparing the successful candidate to step in as deputy when required.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining robust corporate governance by supporting the planning and execution of ExB and GWMC meetings. Success in this role depends on consistently producing high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and reliability. Clear, confident and professional communication is essential in your engagement with stakeholders across all levels and functions of the Bank.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support the Corporate Secretary of the ExB/GWMC in all governance matters, ensuring compliant and effective governance proceedings of the ExB and GWMC.
- Coordinate the full meeting cycle of the ExB/GWMC, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation (minutes, resolutions, extracts), and follow-up on action items
- Ensure all materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Act as deputy to the Corporate Secretary when required, applying sound judgment, discretion, and a thorough understanding of governance frameworks
- Take ownership of diverse tasks and projects within the team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a hands-on approach
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; alternatively, paralegal
- Professional experience in corporate governance, company secretariat, legal, compliance, or audit within the financial services industry
- Solid understanding of and strong interest in executive governance, regulatory matters and organizational processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical and drafting skills with keen attention to detail
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and reliability
- Credible in communication, with the maturity to engage effectively across all levels, including senior leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
