Description -

We are looking for Corporate & Enterprise Account Manager for Print.
This role is responsible for aligning the organization’s offerings to meet enterprise clients' needs, developing strategic account plans, and cultivating relationships for long-term business growth. The role collaborates across functions, ensuring seamless client engagement, and providing guidance throughout the sales cycle. The role stays updated with the latest industry trends, mentors junior team members, and achieves quotas by identifying and nurturing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverages a deep understanding of the customer's needs to customize solutions, products, and services to address specific challenges.

  • Formulates comprehensive account strategies that outline short-term and long-term goals for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Builds strategic relationships and consultative selling techniques to position long-term business opportunities for the organization.

  • Drives integrated planning and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and seamless client engagement.

  • Guides clients through the sales process and advocates for client needs during the sales cycle to address any delivery issue.

  • Builds and maintains sales pipeline activity by identifying, nurturing, and closing new solution opportunities.

  • Identifies potential risks and proactively develops mitigation strategies to ensure long-term customer success.

  • Stays updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed guidance to customers.

  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, sharing best practices and insights.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field.
