RMB Namibia is looking for a strategically driven Corporate Client Group Head to lead defined strategies across a high-value client portfolio. This role carries full accountability for shaping and executing sector strategies, driving sustainable growth, and delivering superior client value through integrated, innovative financial solutions.
The Incumbent will play a critical role in deepening client relationships, unlocking complex deal opportunities and positioning RMB Namibia as a trusted parter within key industries.
Are you someone who can:
Develop and execute a clear, data-driven sector strategy that drives revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term profitability. Lead the overall account planning for the sector and coordinate all product stakeholders to deliver on client plan and has overall oversight of sector leads and Relationship Managers across the segment.
Lead end-to-end client account planning, ensuring deep client engagement, tailored solutions, and strengthened long-term relationships. Drive financial outcomes by optimising balance sheet usage, improving returns, and embedding disciplined performance management across the segment. Align and coordinate product, risk, and support teams to deliver seamless, innovative, and client-centric solutions. Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and proactive response to industry trends and market dynamics.
