Responsible for corporate planning, including governance initiatives and company-wide policy management and reporting. Oversees affiliate and investment management, including contract administration and operational frameworks. Manages loan operations, ensuring compliance and efficient internal processes.
Core Responsibilities
Corporate Planning
Responsible for planning and executing initiatives related to corporate governance.
Supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of frameworks for managing company-wide policies and procedures, managing necessity reporting.
Responsible for general corporate planning tasks assigned by managers on an ad-hoc basis.
Affiliate Management
Oversees management operations for affiliated companies and investment entities.
Supports the drafting, review, and administration of contracts with affiliates and investment targets.
Assists in establishing and maintaining frameworks necessary for effective management operations.
Manages application and approval processes for affiliates and investment entities.
Loan Management
Conducts loan management operations.
Prepares and coordinates necessary documentation and manages internal approval processes.
Ensures compliance with all required internal and external procedures and systems related to asset management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher along with 2-3 years of experience
English / Japanese bilingual (reading/writing/speaking)
Ability to understand policies and procedures written in Japanese and English
Excellent business e-mail writing skill
Excellent interpersonal skill
Working experience in banking industry preferred
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel preferred
The expected base salary ranges from $80,000.00 - $100,00.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
